How long until my order ships?
Every piece is printed just for you, so please allow 3-7 business days for production before it ships.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order ships, delivery takes 10 business days on average, arriving within 15 business days 95% of the time — the same window for every country we ship to. All orders ship from China via our print partner’s Special Line, so there is no separate or faster line for the US.
How much is shipping?

What sizes do you offer, and how do I pick the right one?
Sizing details and measurements are listed right in each product description — check there before you order, since we’re not able to do size exchanges (see below).
Can I exchange for a different size?
Since every item is custom-printed to order, we’re not able to offer size exchanges. That’s why we recommend double-checking the size guide in the product description before ordering — when in doubt, size up!
What's your return policy?
We’ll fix it for free if your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong — no questions asked. See our full Returns & Exchanges page for details.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because production starts quickly, we’re not able to guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Email us right away at hi@deadcutestudio.com or call +1 (604) 330-0703 and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the US, Canada, and a select group of countries (Australia, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK). See our Shipping page for full details and rates.
